Year 3 marks the beginning of Key Stage 2 at Chase View Community Primary School, where children take on more responsibility for their learning and are challenged to develop their skills across all subjects. We provide a supportive and engaging environment where pupils are encouraged to think critically, solve problems, and explore new ideas.
The curriculum in Year 3 is designed to build on the learning from Key Stage 1 and introduce new concepts in subjects such as history, geography, science, and art. We aim to foster a love for learning by making lessons interesting, relevant, and engaging.
Pupils in Year 3 are encouraged to take part in school events, including clubs, sports activities, and trips, helping them develop their social skills and a sense of community within the school.
